Filled with the best fragrance oil and organic flax seed, these pillows can be heated for up to 20 seconds at a time and frozen to help reduce or stop headaches, ease tension, and slightly change or enhance the aromatherapy.
You can also purchase new inserts only so you can change them out to have new scents or to replace an insert that has lost its smell.
