Find it hard to move one from that obstacle, challenge, life-changing moment, or trial? You probably haven’t integrated it. If you don’t integrate it, then you will find yourself revisiting it and blaming it for why you don’t have what you want. I have the solution for you; Shifting of the Heart is a two-session healing that has been designed to not only give you clarity on the situation/moment/challenge that needs to be integrated but help you shift your energy out of the negative and into the positive. Once this shift occurs you will find that it is easier to see your pathway forward and it is then possible to move on, being stronger in the process. What this offering entails: a. One 90 minute session where I go over the information in your energy regarding the integration process and where I will teach you the ABCs of Integration. b. Energy healing to help shift you and give you access to your magick. c. Homework that will give you direction through the integration process. d. One 45 minute session 2 to 4 weeks after the first session where we will discuss the homework and where you are in the process of integration in regards to the ABCs. e. Check-in emails (at least one), to see how the process is going and how I can better support you in the journey. What you get from this reading is clarity around the situation and guidance on how to stabilize the lessons, emotions, and energy surrounding the topic you are struggling with.
